We have internal and external training programs, coaching pairs, HBDI profiling, and regular Personal Development Plans (PDPs) and reviews.
Now we’re looking to go even further and partner our leaders with 1-2 highly-skilled coaches to add a consistent, focused approach to personal development across strategy, leadership and executive presence.
The Development Coach will mentor and run PDPs and reviews for select individuals across Sparro; but also takes a wider view to the agency development.
The Coach is always looking for opportunities to improve our approach to client and people management, strategic thought and personal growth.
This might include developing and delivering training material, measuring and responding to staff development and retention, and implementing wider programs as required.
It’s a new but crucial role for our business as we continue to grow and invest in our people. The Development Coach will report directly to the Partners and General Manager and be measured is based on achieving client and employee satisfaction, growth and retention.
Our ideal candidate has experience as a professional coach, or has practiced coaching in a senior people leadership role. Preference will be given for those that can apply strategic marketing/business insight to their coaching and come from a media/agency or business background.
Please note that we are sourcing part- or full-time coaches and will not consider consultants.
