Digital Media Executive

The Digital Media Executive will be strategising for, activating and managing the optimal media mix to achieve client marketing and digital objectives.

THE ROLE

Develop and implement innovative programmatic, social, native and search marketing strategies.

 

Objectives

  • Understand client objectives, and communicate / promote agency value and results.
  • Meet and exceed the objectives of clients through the successful development and implementation of programmatic, social, native and search marketing strategies, working with internal teams.
  • Continually interrogate skills, experience and working practices to improve problem solving, digital skills, organisation and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with key clients at tactical, implementation and strategic levels.
  • Manage and implement client projects, liaising with team members to contribute learnings and ideas to client strategies.
  • Prepare and present client reporting; identifying and communicating new opportunities, value delivered, and strategic direction.
  • Having the willingness to effectively share knowledge and train others wherever possible.
  • Promote the Sparro values and culture. 
YOU

You live for results, and you expect the best from yourself. You will possess the following skills:

  • Effective project management and excel at working as part of a team.
  • 1-3 years’ experience in digital marketing or media.
  • An ability to understand direction and mobilise with others to achieve a great project outcome.
  • Technical and strategic skills in programmatic, paid social, Google Analytics and data analysis.

 

 

PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT

The performance of the Digital Media Executive will be determined based on their ability to:

 

  • Successfully implement digital marketing strategies as per briefs and requirements, indicating attention to detail and the ability to meet/exceed client objectives.
  • Contribute to marketing strategies or development briefs with educated ideas and recommendations; indicating initiative, as well as an understanding of, and interest in, digital marketing concepts and their application.
  • Develop a good to advanced understanding and proficiency in DV360, Yahoo, Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, Campaign Manager and other online marketing platforms/tech/channels.
  • Contribute to the values and culture of Sparro.
