DIGITAL MEDIA SPECIALIST

Sparro is in a period of large growth and we are looking for digital media specialists from agency or publisher backgrounds to join our Sydney team. Are you a passionate digital marketer with 1-3 years experience looking for a new challenge across social, programmatic, native and search? This could be the role for you!
Ideally, you will have some wider media knowledge, general client communication skills and technical experience across platforms such as Facebook Business Manager, DV360 or other DSPs, Google Ads and Campaign Manager.
As part of the role, you will be strategising for, activating and managing the optimal media mix to achieve client marketing and digital objectives. We like our people to be client-centric self-starters who are naturally driven by data, analysis, creativity and getting stuff done.
There are no traditional account managers at Sparro – everyone is client-facing, on the tools and not KPI’d on revenue. We offer a supportive, fast-paced environment with huge potential for personal and professional growth.
What to expect
Relevant Training /01
Senior leaders will run regular workshops and training sessions across a range of hard and soft skills – paid search, SEO, data/analytics, tracking, client communication and account management.
Also, our partners such as Google and Microsoft will host external training, tours and certifications to ensure we are always ahead of the game.
Mentoring + Support /02
You will work in an agile cluster with regular mentoring sessions from team leads and other senior leaders. We strongly value our inclusive culture where all ideas and input matter – regardless of experience or titles.
