We’re an 8 year old business seeing significant growth, with a well-established reputation in the industry, and plenty of momentum.
We’ve grown from a performance background into media. This now leads us to creative opportunities and the ability to use our owned- and client-data on audiences, channels, creative to optimise and evolve – creating market-leading visual content that drives performance for our clients.
We’re seeking a Graphic Designer with experience in creative web and advertising assets for use in social, display and native campaigns, as well as owned-content across blogs, websites and sales collateral. Digital skills are helpful, but not required, as the role would be well-supported by the Content Lead and other Senior team members, and the Graphic Designer would structure their own briefing process.
Successful applicants will also have the opportunity to complete the Sparro Leadership Training – advanced, hands-on training and workshops conducted by the Sparro leadership team that aim to skill our team with strategic and client leadership skills.
It’s an exciting opportunity for someone to build their own role and success. The role will be tailored to the individual’s strengths and experience, but may cover the following.
We’re looking for a self-starter with energy, ideas and an innovative approach. The role will be well-supported with training and mentoring.
No previous digital or agency experience is required. Skills and experience within marketing – writing, design, video or creative ideation – will be highly-valued.
Senior leaders and business partners will run weekly workshops and formal training sessions across a range of hard and soft skills – social media, public relations, award submissions and SEO.
All sessions are available to the Graphic Designer where interested.
Our Graphic Designer will be directly mentored by the Content & Brand Lead and have ongoing interactions with other senior leaders.
We value our inclusive and supportive culture where all ideas and input matter – regardless of experience or titles.
We’re looking to develop our designers to be the next leaders in our industry, and in our business.
We have a transparent direction for our business and clear pathways for all staff, supported by regular reviews and our personal development program.
We host regular social and sporting events, lunches and drinks. We love getting everyone together to celebrate our successes, each other and the industry.
Day to day, we work hard and smart, but there’s no overtime, ever. We offer flexible working arrangements, a plant-filled office with casual working areas, and an office puppy – Ted Danson.
Our recruitment partner will call shortlisted applicants individually and recommend suitable candidates to Sparro.
