THE ROLE

Design and implement innovative analytics and tag management solutions. 

 

The Marketing Analytics Specialist will work within the data team at Sparro to design and implement analytics and tag management requirements for our clients, reporting to the Senior Media Specialist and Senior Data Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing data and technology team within the digital marketing industry.

Key responsibilities

  • Building effective working relationships with the wider team and key clients.
  • Leading or offering end-to-end support in client data collection, tag management, and analytics projects.
  • Promoting opportunities for efficiency within the agency through documentation, training, and/or process improvement.
  • Willingness to roll up sleeves and action implementation tasks when needed.
  • Promoting the Sparro values and culture.

Your skills

  • 2-4 years of experience in analytics/ops and/or data/tag management.
  • Effective project management.
  • Strong attention to detail, thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ability to interpret and translate analytics requirements from clients or internal stakeholders into technical requirements.
  • Keen understanding and interest in technologies across a broad range of technologies and formats, including but not limited to: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and various ad techs (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Campaign Manager 360).

Your skills

  • Good logical thinking and mathematics skills.
  • Strong personal drive and motivation.
  • Original, creative thinking coupled with a strategic, outcomes-based mindset.
  • Knowledge in JavaScript and HTML is a bonus.
  • Experience implementing tracking from app analytics tools, (e.g. Firebase / AppsFlyer) is a bonus.

Digital Training /01

Senior leaders and business partners support all team members on hands-on learning through workshops, formal training, and external training.
