Sitting as part of the data team, the CRO strategist is an experienced, data-driven professional focused on driving digital strategies and experiences to help improve the customer journey, in line with the client’s objectives.
You have experience in researching, designing and implementing CRO initiatives in a range of industries and contexts.
You’re able to build strategic and actionable insights from research, and work with multi-disciplinary teams to create tangible outcomes for our clients. You are comfortable developing a range of bespoke solutions for a diverse set of niches.
Finally, you are able to operate as an internal champion for all things CRO across the business. Helping to upskill other team members, whilst spotting opportunities for collaboration.

We also provide a 20-week leadership training course with our founder and general manager. Through this training, we explore the vision of Sparro and Jack Nimble, how to manage expectations, elevating conversation and much more.
The CRO Specialist will work directly with our data team, product director as well as the existing senior leaders. Who will provide support for the ongoing development of the employee to ensure their fulfillment and success within the company.
Through our in-house training and support, we also look beyond our company to aid our staff’s professional development, with access and encouragement to attend industry events, workshops and paid external courses.
