THE ROLE

The Content Coordinator will work closely with clients to build their brand identity and presence across social and digital channels. They’ll have their finger on the pulse with all things social media – from best-practice, trends, platform updates, to creators – and use this knowledge to help manage content from concept to delivery.

 Please note, only candidates with rights to work and live in Australia will be considered for the role.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Content Management – working within a team to develop and manage content calendars and campaign roll outs. This includes brainstorming; developing ideas; writing post copy; briefing production teams; assisting with organising shoots; and managing approvals and feedback with clients. 
  • Creator Management – working with creators and talent agencies to develop platform-first creator content. This includes researching brand-safe creators; briefing creators; negotiating terms; briefing creators; and managing timelines. 
  • Account Management – working within a team to respond to client requests; keep clients updated; organising and attending WIPs; and proactively identifying opportunities.
  • Social Media Management – publishing content and community management skills
SKILLS
  • Effective project management and excel at working in a team.
  • An ability to understand direction and mobilise with others to achieve a project.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as directed
  • 1 to 2 years experience.
PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT

The performance of the Content Coordinator will be determined based on their ability to:

  • Consistently deliver social-first content on time and on budget
  • Consistently deliver work with a zero error mentality
  • Identify opps for their clients to latch onto new social media trends, platforms and content techniques 
  • Keep their clients happy and constantly coming back to Jack Nimble
