We’re on the lookout for a Paid Search Executive  to join our internal performance team and help level up our SEM maturity across the agency. This role sits at the intersection of execution, experimentation, and enablement—designed for someone with strong foundations in Google and Microsoft Ads who’s excited to influence not just campaigns, but the way we do search across the board.

You’ll work closely with our Senior Paid Search Lead to scale best practices, support clusters across the agency, and evolve our internal playbooks and automation stacks. If you thrive on structure, experimentation, and collaborative problem-solving, this one’s for you.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Build and optimise Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns, especially across Search, Performance Max, and Shopping
  • Ensure search best practices are implemented consistently across accounts, teams, and clusters
  • Document and share experiments, learnings, and frameworks across internal teams
  • Support SEM troubleshooting and tactical problem-solving across the agency
  • Contribute to the SEM quality roadmap, partnering with account teams to lift core hygiene and performance standards
  • Lead or assist in automation and AI-powered projects across the agency
  • Collaborate with Google and Microsoft partners to help evolve our JBP and JTP relationships and unlock agency-wide growth opportunities
  • Create and maintain training resources, enablement decks, and onboarding materials
  • Compile and communicate channel updates, trends, and product changes to the wider team
  • Champion feed best practices and support feed strategy across relevant accounts
  • Support the development of our testing and experimentation framework
  • Tap into global best practices via Brainlabs and help localise for our agency’s needs
SKILLS
  • 1–2+ years in SEM with deep platform knowledge (Search, Shopping, and P-Max in particular)
  • Solid working knowledge of Google Ads & Microsoft Ads
  • Comfortable with Google Sheets and data analysis
  • A structured thinker with a high bar for quality, consistency, and performance
  • Strong communicator, especially when it comes to cross-team enablement or troubleshooting
  • Passionate about experimentation, with a track record of testing and learning
  • Curious about automation and AI tools, with bonus points for exposure to GAQL, BigQuery, R, or CausalImpact
  • Excited to help shape training, frameworks, and shared knowledge across the agency

The Paid Search Executive will work closely with Digital Marketing Specialists and be able to learn and grow as part of the team through on the job mentoring and support from the team and other senior leaders within the business.
