Becoming a parent is a major milestone. Whether you’re starting or growing your family, we understand this is a uniquely special moment in life. Our parental policy aims to provide a supportive and flexible environment for people to manage their workload and family responsibilities, while also giving them the opportunity to spend precious time with their loved ones.
On top of flexible hours and working from home options, we provide some paid parental leave for all carers and an ‘ease-in’ program where primary carers are paid an extra day for the first month they transition back into work.
In an effort to help close the gender superannuation gap, we’re committed to paying up to nine months super when staff return from leave, pro-rata to the days employed upon return.
