The Content Marketer is a newly created role and will work within the Content and PR team in Sparro. The role will be split by 50% spent in Digital PR and 50% spent on Organic Social.
We will empower you to be able to conceptualise, develop and execute exceptional data-driven PR and Organic Social strategies for the business and its clients. It is a highly-collaborative, organisational role balanced with creative thinking.
Working with the wider Sparro team, the Content Marketer will draw on data insights as well as having a sound understanding of culture to be able to hijack the news agenda with tactical and timely creative concepts that help drive awareness and SEO for our clients.
You’re not afraid to dive right in and solve challenges by rolling up your sleeves and learning what’s necessary to get shit done.
You’re looking to contribute to Sparro’s content offering by building your own skills and experience in content and digital PR.
Your contribution to the agency’s offering and culture will be invaluable, as will the solutions you produce for our clients.
Senior leaders and business partners support all team members on hands-on learning through workshops, formal training, and external training.
We also provide a 20-week leadership training course run by our Founders and General Manager. Through this training, we explore the vision of Sparro, how to manage expectations, elevating conversations and much more.

The Content Marketer will work in a team, with regular mentoring sessions from their Team Lead and other senior leaders.
