The Account Director is a senior leader in the business, working with multiple teams of ambitious, young digital marketers to develop and champion key client strategies and campaigns.
They will have full awareness of digital channels and tactics with hands-on skills in at least one discipline or channel.
The client list includes some of Australia’s leading retailers and corporates; many with 5+ years of tenure.
The Director is an innovator, always seeking to outperform the market and develop automation, ideas and strategies that can be propagated across the business.
As a growing business, we’re looking to be challenged, ourselves. There’s huge scope to impact the future of Sparro, including our diversification and growth.
The Director moves fast, and engages and empowers the team around them to get stuff done. But, they’re not afraid to jump in themselves and get their hands dirty.
They’ve worked at all levels of the funnel, but look to data, over everything else, to make their decisions.
There is significant scope for progression into a Key/Senior Account Director or Strategy Lead role, while contributing to the wider direction of the business and culture as we continue to expand and diversify.
