The Employee Experience Specialist will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team as a trusted partner and people leader. Sparro is a fast-paced environment that loves to test and evolve, and take risks.
We value the do as much as we do strategic thought, and we’re looking for someone that wants to get their hands dirty as much as they influence and collaborate with others.
Senior leaders and business partners support all team members on hands-on learning through workshops, formal training, and external training.

The Employee Experience Specialist will work closely with the General Manager, Coach and Business Partners, with regular mentoring sessions and exposure to decision-making processes. There is added support from our senior external HR consultant.
