Sparro is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who will work on a diverse range of clients and projects which includes organic and paid social media ads, display ads, and other marketing collateral. The Junior Graphic Designer will contribute to brand strategy and brand workshops for clients.
Be a part of the Creative Content team that is made up of content and creative specialists, while working closely with our Graphic Designer who will oversee the creative and support your role and development.
Objectives
Work with the team to understand client objectives, and communicate/promote agency value and results through visual creative content.
Create and develop visual content for our internal social media and website.
Continually integrate skills, experience and working practices to improve problem solving, digital skills, organisation and strategic thinking.
Develop knowledge and an understanding of online marketing strategy and concepts.
Work closely with our Senior Leads to help set the strategic direction for our digital activities.
You are an emerging creator that wants to test and collaborate across all channels.

The Junior Graphic Designer will work directly with our Senior Leads and Graphic Designer, as well as the existing team leads. Who will provide support for the ongoing development of the employee to ensure their fulfilment and success within the company.
Through our in-house training and support, we also look beyond our company to aid our staff’s professional development, with access and encouragement to attend industry events, workshops and paid external courses.
