This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing HR team within the digital marketing industry, creating best-in-class training solutions to accelerate learning for new digital marketing entrants.

The L&D Coordinator will work closely with the General Manager, Senior Digital Marketers and Business Partners, with regular mentoring sessions while developing an understanding of digital marketing fundamentals.

THE ROLE

You will be:

  • Partnering with senior leaders to develop understanding of Sparro best practices and digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Liaise with senior leaders and HR to drive new employee training programs and skill development across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, and other channels as required.
  • Continually research and source new channel developments from external partners and internal staff to produce channel updates, training and best practice documentation.
  • Creating L&D checklists and progression documents for new staff.
  • Act as the point-of-contact for new and existing staff with any training or skills needs.
  • Communicate effectively, both written and verbal, displaying sensitivity and understanding when conducting training processes and workshops.
  • Promoting the Sparro values and culture in all that you do. 
YOU

Skills

  • Qualifications in L&D andTraining, ideally with 2-4 years demonstrated experience working in a Training role.
  • Experience within or exposure to the Digital Marketing industry is highly desirable.
  • Excellent people skills and the ability to tailor training based on individual needs.

  • Proactive and positive attitude and approach to your work.
  • An ability to quickly understand new concepts and procedures.
