Apply NowAs a Motion Graphic Designer you will work across a diverse range of clients and marketing material. You’ll work independently, oversee the work of juniors, as well as collaborate with our creative team to produce outstanding design work. You’ll have an eye for detail, constantly searching for ways to hook people in with eye-catching designs and motion graphics.

- Create top notch design work for integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline platforms
- Ensure all work adheres to brand guidelines and agreed timelines
- Liaise with account managers and content managers to ensure design briefs are tight
- Mentoring junior designers, guiding designs and teaching them your ways
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure projects flow seamlessly between teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, tools, creative trends and new platform features
- Be an advocate for design best practices
- 3-5 years experience
- Strong foundation in design, and experience in execution of design solutions through animation and motion.
- Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, in particular photoshop, illustrator and after effects
- Knowledge across digital applications and animation
- Strong layout design capabilities for both static and motion applications
- Demonstrated ability of designing within brand guidelines to build creative and unique solutions
- Strong organisational skills
- Capable of working to tight timelines in a cool and calm manner
- Capable of communicating design solutions to internal and external teams
- Eye for detail, ensuring quality control of all work
- Works well within a team
- Gives and receives feedback in a professional manner, with no ego
- Fast learner

The Motion Graphic Designer role will work directly with senior leaders in the business.
