The Paid Media Specialist works across multiple Paid Search and Paid Social channels and accounts, and is a highly-organised strategic thinker that is able to develop and implement client solutions independently.
They will meet and exceed the objectives of clients through managing the successful development and implementation of online marketing strategies across relevant digital marketing channels, working with internal teams. They will successfully manage relationships with new and existing clients to understand client objectives, and promote agency value and results in all work that they undertake.
You move fast, but also and engage and empower the team around you to get stuff done. You’re also not afraid to dive right in and solve challenges by rolling up your sleeves.
You’ve worked with variety of clients and are looking to build successful senior stakeholder relationships.
Your contribution to the agency’s offering, direction, culture and knowledge will be invaluable, as will the solutions you produce and lead for our clients.
Senior leaders and business partners support all team members on hands-on learning through workshops, formal training, and external training.
We also provide a 20-week leadership training course with our founder and general manager. Through this training, we explore the vision of Sparro, how to manage expectations, elevating conversation and much more
