THE ROLE

Develop and implement innovative Paid Search and Social strategies. 

The Paid Media Specialist works across multiple Paid Search and Paid Social channels and accounts, and is a highly-organised strategic thinker that is able to develop and implement client solutions independently. 

They will meet and exceed the objectives of clients through managing the successful development and implementation of online marketing strategies across relevant digital marketing channels, working with internal teams. They will successfully manage relationships with new and existing clients to understand client objectives, and promote agency value and results in all work that they undertake. 

Key responsibilities

  • Liaise with clients at a strategic, tactical, and implementation level.
  • Manage and implement client projects, communicating with team members to contribute learnings and ideas to client strategies.
  • Prepare and present client reporting; identifying and communicating new opportunities, value delivered, and strategic direction.
  • Engage and empower team members to develop and implement channel solutions.
  • Develop the team’s skills, culture and confidence in line with business direction and client requirements.
  • Promote the Sparro values and culture.

Your skills

  • 2 + years experience in paid search and paid social
  • Highly-effective and confident client, stakeholder and staff management skills.
  • Ability to effectively and independently plan, prioritise, delegate, and execute to complete tasks.
  • A confident and considered approach to problem solving and project management.
  • Technical and strategic skills in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics and data analysis.
  • Heightened awareness of digital channels and tactics.
  • An ability to explore and workshop business objectives, using data and digital skills to develop project plans
PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT

The performance of the Paid Media Specialist will be determined based on their ability to:

  • Engage clients in Sparro’s digital marketing offering, value and strategies.
  • Manage, plan, and delegate tasks to achieve clients’ marketing objectives.
  • Develop client relationships, positioning Sparro as a key business partner.
  • Develop team members’ skills, experience and confidence.
  • Assist in development of the wider professional offering of Sparro – conceptually and through technology.
  • Contribute to the values and culture of Sparro.

Profession + Leadership Training /01

Continuous learning is a huge part of our workplace culture. With our dedicated learning and development team and onsite performance coach, we offer in-house training sessions to upskill your qualifications.

Mentoring + Support /02

The Paid Media Specialist will work in a cluster, with regular mentoring sessions from their Team Lead and other senior leaders. Who will provide support for the ongoing development of the employee to ensure their fulfillment and success within the company.

Through our in-house training and support, we also look beyond our company to aid our staff’s professional development, with access and encouragement to attend industry events, workshops and paid external courses.
