The Paid Social Lead is responsible for driving excellence and best practice for paid social platforms across the agency. This includes trailing betas, leading experiments and building reporting structures to help identify efficiencies and areas for troubleshooting. The Paid Social Lead will also be responsible for paid social training across the whole agency through brain articles, product updates and best practice guides.
You move fast, but also and engage and empower the team around you to get stuff done. You’re also not afraid to dive right in and solve challenges by rolling up your sleeves.
You’ve worked with variety of clients and are looking to build successful senior stakeholder relationships.
Your contribution to the agency’s offering, direction, culture and knowledge will be invaluable, as will the solutions you produce and lead for our clients.

The Paid Social Lead will work in a cluster, with regular mentoring sessions from their Team Lead and other senior leaders. These sessions will provide support for the ongoing development of the employee to ensure their fulfilment and success within the company.
Through our in-house training and support, we also look beyond our company to aid our staff’s professional development, with access and encouragement to attend industry events, workshops and paid external courses.
