Are you a driven Digital Marketing professional who wants to be a key member of our team in Sydney?

We’re looking for an industry professional to help us continue our success, and that of our clients.

Position Description

This role helps to build high-value, long-term relationships with clients. From winning new clients through to growing existing clients you will focus on client engagement and revenue. You will work through the Client Director to ensure high quality and commercially successful client parnerships.

 

Responsibilities

  • You will pitch and help win new clients.
  • You’ll understand your client’s businesses and ensure the SOW is fulfilled.
  • You are responsible for the career development and success of your Client Directors and teams.
  • You’ll work with your Client Directors to create and deliver strategic client growth plans. These plans will outline strategies to solve client business challenges and drive additional Brainlabs revenue through upselling diversified services.
  • You’ll develop your portfolio of client case studies and articles promoting Brainlabs solutions.
  • You’ll actively anticipate client challenges and tailor optimum solutions.
  • You will be the escalation point for any client issues within your patch.

 

 

Who are you

  • 10+ years experience of delivering full service media solutions to clients
  • 10+ years experience working in a digital first media agency
  • You’ll have proven client leadership skills and already be a trusted advisor to a number of clients.
  • You’ll have applied knowledge of how marketing/media effectiveness links directly to business growth and financial success for clients.
  • A great storyteller and presenter with proven pitch experience.
  • Brilliant communicator, relationship builder and  capable of translating challenges into real media solutions.
  • A natural problem solver who enjoys providing solutions for clients.
  • You’ll understand end-to-end workings of a full-service media agency and how component parts work to deliver an integrated solution.

We are looking for this role to start in August / September 2026.

Profession + Leadership Training /01

Continuous learning is a huge part of our workplace culture. With our dedicated learning and development team and onsite performance coach, we offer in-house training sessions to upskill your qualifications.

We also provide a 20-week leadership training course with our founder and general manager. Through this training, we explore the vision of Sparro and Jack Nimble, how to manage expectations, elevating conversation and much more.

Mentoring + Support /02

The Client Partner will work in and lead a cluster, with regular mentoring sessions from their Team Lead and other senior leaders. Who will provide support for the ongoing development of the employee to ensure their fulfillment and success within the company.

Through our in-house training and support, we also look beyond our company to aid our staff’s professional development, with access and encouragement to attend industry events, workshops and paid external courses.
