You have experience in owning SEO client relationships, strategising with teams and successfully delivering on a roadmap. You have experience getting results for your clients across a range of different industries and contexts, you know how to navigate complex conversations in order to create great outcomes.
You’re able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the client is receiving ultimate value from their campaigns. You have the experience to problem solve and build strategic insights that lead to long lasting relationships. Alongside this, you are results driven and go out your way to ensure client expectations are met.
You can think and plan proatively, you know how to organise those around you to deliver innovative solutions in a timely manner. You’re skilled at advising clients on the latest research and trends, best practice and methodologies, whilst keeping a grasp of the core SEO fundamentals.
Finally, you’re able to work in cross functional teams whilst acting as a champion for organic search. Within this, you are also able to draw key connections in how organic search can be used to benefit other other channels.
Senior leaders and business partners support all team members on hands-on learning through workshops, formal training, and external training.
We also provide a 20-week leadership training course with our founders and general manager. Through this training, we explore the vision of Sparro, how to manage expectations, elevating conversation and much more
