You have experience in researching, designing and implementing UX & CRO initiatives in a range of industries and contexts.
You’re able to build strategic and actionable insights from research, and work with multi-disciplinary teams to create tangible outcomes for our clients. You are comfortable developing a range of bespoke solutions for a diverse set of niches.
You enjoy working in an agile and collaborative fashion and have a passion for delivering positive client outcomes and innovative solutions. You are able to manage multiple levels of stakeholders, communicating effectively and advocating the importance of user experience and testing whilst still keeping track of client objectives.
You’re skilled at advising clients on the latest research, best practices and methodologies, whilst having a firm understanding of the latest technologies. A broad understanding of the ins and outs of CRO tools is also highly desirable.
Finally, you are able to operate as an internal champion for all things UX and CRO across the business. Helping to upskill other team members, whilst spotting opportunities for collaboration.
Senior leaders and business partners support all team members on hands-on learning through workshops, formal training, and external training.
We also provide a 20-week leadership training course with our founders and general manager. Through this training, we explore the vision of Sparro, how to manage expectations, elevating conversation and much more
