The Role

Develop and implement innovative UX & CRO strategies. 

  • Research, diagnose, strategise and execute on UX & CRO initiatives 
  • Responsible for running tests on key clients in a variety of testing platforms 
  • Improve conversion rates and revenue for clients
  • Improve user experience metrics for clients 
  • Educate the client on process and the “why” of user experience & CRO
  • Help build a strong and mature product offering
  • Be a mentor to others within Sparro looking to develop their skill-set 
  • Help push the boundaries of what’s possible within existing client strategies
  • Work closely with the senior leadership team to help set the direction of our digital and creative offering
  • Promote Sparro values and culture

You have experience in researching, designing and implementing UX & CRO initiatives in a range of industries and contexts. 

You’re able to build strategic and actionable insights from research, and work with multi-disciplinary teams to create tangible outcomes for our clients. You are comfortable developing a range of bespoke solutions for a diverse set of niches.

You enjoy working in an agile and collaborative fashion and have a passion for delivering positive client outcomes and innovative solutions. You are able to manage multiple levels of stakeholders, communicating effectively and advocating the importance of user experience and testing whilst still keeping track of client objectives.

You’re skilled at advising clients on the latest research, best practices and methodologies, whilst having a firm understanding of the latest technologies. A broad understanding of the ins and outs of CRO tools is also highly desirable. 

Finally, you are able to operate as an internal champion for all things UX and CRO across the business. Helping to upskill other team members, whilst spotting opportunities for collaboration.

Your skills

  • 3+ years broad experience within user experience & testing, with an immediate focus on CRO skills
  • The ability to research, diagnose and execute on your strategies
  • Proficiency with key A/B & multivariate testing tools (Google Optimize, Optimizely, Hotjar and others)
  • Basic working knowledge of tracking with tools such as (Google Tag Manager & Tealium)
  • A good understanding of coding frameworks (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) 
  • Basic design skills are desirable but not essential (Adobe Suite)
