Free flights for staff in 2022

At Sparro, we want to get our team back out there in 2022. After a challenging couple of years with few opportunities to explore new places, or see family living in different regions, we saw an opportunity to support staff in taking a well-deserved break.

To do this, every team member received 2x return flights to anywhere in Australia! This initiative helps support the Aussie economy and those that have done it tough in tourism, hospitality and regional areas.

Our priority was also to finally get our international staff back home, so team members with loved ones in another country received 1x flight booking to anywhere in the world!

So far, our team has booked flights everywhere from Germany to Tasmania — with more trips booked each month!
