We’re seeking a content strategist to lead Sparro’s new internal Creative Services team.
The successful applicant will work with team leads across media, performance and SEO to develop and execute incredible creative strategies across multiple content streams.
You’ll be highly comfortable turning research and insights into creative concepts that drive success for retail, travel, FMCG and corporate clients.
The Content Strategist comes at a time when we’re exploring the intersection of data, media and creative; particularly in digital PR and driving SEO success with original, content-driven concepts.
This is an incredible opportunity to extend our capabilities and define the direction of our content offering, alongside what is already one of Australia’s top performance teams and the country’s largest Google Ads spend.

what we're looking for
This is a new hire and division, with flexibility in the role and approach.
We’re most interested in applicants’ approach to research, data and creativity; and their exposure to the use of content across channels.
Expertise in an individual channel or expertise is welcomed.
you will be:
- using research and client discovery sessions to plan content strategies
- using client audience data to continually evolve content and creative approaches, tests and material
- working with team and channel leads to coordinate the activation of content and advertising material in-market through media, performance, SEO and email
- liaising with internal and external teams to plan and create content and advertising material
we’d love to see:
- a rich background in any creative/content discipline
- agency or multi-brand experience
- passionate and hands-on creative thinkers
- someone that cares for value, expertise and getting shit done
